We do not provide guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding school admissions, acceptance, outcomes, or accuracy of the information.

2. Source of Information & Accuracy

All admissions dates, requirements, policies, and other information presented on our website, survey, courses, or related Services are compiled from publicly available sources, including individual private school websites. Such information is subject to change at any time by the schools themselves.

We do not warrant or represent that the information is current, complete, or error-free. Users must verify all information directly with the relevant private school and/or its admissions office before relying on it for decisions.

3. No Liability

By using our Services, you expressly agree that: LA Private School LLC shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any losses, claims, damages, delays, errors, or omissions arising out of your use of the Services, including reliance on recommendations, dates, or content provided. This includes but is not limited to liability for decisions regarding school applications, admissions outcomes, tuition costs, deadlines, or any other matter. We do not guarantee acceptance into any school, program, or outcome. Recommendations and matches provided by our surveys, assessments, or courses are non-binding and advisory only.

5. Purchases & Services

By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree that: All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. You will not hold LA Private School LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for any reason whatsoever. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use of them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: LA Private School LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, admissions outcomes, data loss, or emotional distress. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services giving rise to the claim.

7. Limitation of Corporate Liability

The members, owners, officers, and managers of LA Private School LLC shall have no personal liability whatsoever for any obligations of the Company. All obligations of the Company are solely the responsibility of LA Private School LLC as a legal entity.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LA Private School LLC, its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
